Open the clinic system
Reception, triage, consultation, laboratory, pharmacy, billing and reports. Sign in with the username the administrator gave you.
On this computer
Works in any browser. Nothing to install. Your work saves to the clinic website as you go.
On your phone
The same system, laid out for a small screen. Open this page on the phone and tap Open the system.
Finance Office
Money collected, money owed, stock value and downloads. Opens only for the administrator and the finance co-owner.
Which one should I use?
This website
Best for: phones, laptops at home, the co-owner checking figures from anywhere.
Needs: internet.

Best for: the reception and consultation room machines that work all day.
Needs: nothing. It keeps working when the internet is down and sends everything up the moment it returns.
The phone app
Best for: moving around the clinic — triage, ward rounds, stock checks.
Needs: nothing. Also works with no signal.
Trouble signing in?
Five wrong passwords locks an account for a short time to stop guessing. Wait, then try again carefully. If you have genuinely forgotten it, the administrator can set a new one for you.
Check the phone or computer has internet. If it does and this page still will not open, use the installed software at the clinic — it does not need the internet and loses nothing.
That page opens only for the administrator and the finance co-owner. If you need it, ask the administrator to change your role.
The very first administrator account is created once, on the set-up page. After that it closes itself and all other accounts are made from inside the system under Users.
